Ian was the best we've dealt with so i highly recommend him. Dealership failed to clear the lot of snow and ice. Therefore I slipped and was hurt. That's the only negative I have on them. Spend the few dollars to clear the lot to keep your customers and employees safe.

Answered my questions and got me taken care of. Jamal is a top notch salesman.

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I showed up on a Monday morning before 8 am without an appointment. They took me right in and processed my vehicle and put me in a loaner while my car was being worked on. I was very stressed about the issue and they put me at ease and took care of me!

I had a very good experience except for one thing which will bring you down a star or two, depending on how I feel when the time comes to make that choice. I liked the short video and bringing to my attention to things that I need to consider for repairs without being pushy. I also appreciated taking care of a recall while I was there. My BEEF with my overall experience was the 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Two thoughts. 1) With an empire like the Moses Auto Group and a corporation as big as General Motors, my thoughts are that this is corporate greed. You can't tell me that both entities profit margin is that thin that they have to add a surcharge. 2) The customer should be told this up front so needed arrangements can be made. I know the law states that it has to be posted, which is probably a small post note in a obscure corner but I feel that advising the customer is a good will gesture if that is what it takes to keep upper level management from going hungry.

My appointment was at 1pm, I had my car back at 1:37 pm. They were very efficient, very professional and very friendly. I even received a video of my 12-point multi-inspection. I thought that was a nice touch. I also received a text from John of Moses telling me if I need anything during my visit, to please respond to the text. I give them an A+.

Scott Fields was great to work with and the whole buying process was great. Moses has the best customer service around.

The sales people Eric Taylor, Ian Saporito and General Manager Chris Hawkins were upfront and honest with me. This meant a lot in my decision what truck to buy. It also made my mind up as to what dealership to buy the truck.

I really appreciated the way we felt respected and talked to in terms of what we could do to get the truck on the road today. Scott was very helpful and up front about everything and stayed late to make sure we got the deal done.

I called early morning with a request to change my oil and filter and a tire rotation. I needed it done that day due to leaving town the next day. The service tech scheduled me for 3:00pm the same day to meet my request. I want to Thank everyone with the service group for making this happen, Dana Hayes.

Excellent service

I was in and out quickly, and my issue was remedied.

Missing 2 tire caps, the floor board was filthy with mud which happened the last time I was there again. Hand smudges on the car from changing tires and breaks. Also it took 5 days to get tires and break put on my car. I ordered the tires and breaks over a month in advance from the parts dept. I will not be returning.

They were super helpful with me, I was in a bad position and they helped me get a loaner situated and kept me posted the whole time they were working on the vehicle. DJ, Karissa, and Frankie have all done tremendous work. Thank you

Said they would call on email on Chevrolet app never did call. There where no manual with the car. The car is what we wanted. If I had to do over I would have bought a Toyota don't like to be lied to. If they needed to download a app it should have been done there. We drove 3 hours to do business with them should have to better care of this

The team was knowledgeable and professional.

My appointment which was made online was not documented but I was fit in that day. Front windshield wiper blades were advised to be replaced. I had replaced the blades approximately 2 months prior but had forgotten so I pretty much replaced almost like new blades (my own fault). A screw on a replaced filter was left loose, causing an unsettling noise. Had to return to have it tightened up.

I went to look at a new Silverado Trail Boss and was met with a friendly greeting. The salesman, Scott, took me to see the truck I saw online. I told Scott I still had other trucks at other dealerships that I was going to see before making a purchase decision and he understood. He encouraged me to look around to make sure I make the right purchase for myself. He also let me test drive the Trail Boss without even talking about purchasing just so I could compare it to other trucks. The dealership was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. They also did not pressure me to buy a vehicle. That was unexpected. I would highly recommend taking a look at them if you are interested in buying a new vehicle.

Everyone on the team made this a very pleasant experience for my wife and I. The team helped me surprise her with the new car. Awesome experience all the way around. This will be my one stop for future purchases, maintenance on our vehicles.

They even sent me a video from the technician, explaining to me the problem and his solution. I was more than impressed with this. D.J. I was explained all the problems I already knew was wrong but my receipt showed I got an alignment that I didn’t even ask for. My wife was told when she dropped it off to diagnose the ac problem would be 85 dollars and then I was told and charged 185. Nothing showed what they actually checked to conclude it was the ac compressor. We have had continued issues since the oil change we received there prior to this one due to one of your techs leaving the radiator cap off. And of course the warranty that I bought when I bought my car conveniently doesn’t cover anything. We are not pleased driving our family around with no ac which I cannot prove but was probably caused by your service department.

Very Informative During the Entire Process

We found the vehicle at online and drove to St. Albans just to take a look, on a Sunday. While there, a salesman, just happened to be leaving the office, saw us and shared his business card with us. I dropped in the next morning for a test drive. Afterwards, we looked at the cost/financing/etc. The pricing was not within our budgeted price. I left advising that we would call them by Wednesday with our decision. During thee late afternoon and evening, we received several phone calls from the salesman and financing manager trying to come to a price agreeable to us; however, we knew the figure that we needed and the dealership continued working toward that figure until they arrived to the financed price that we needed. It was very encouraging that they worked that intensely to meet our need.

Everyone was so welcoming and handled the purchase really great. T.J. is a great salesman and helped me with everything.

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was informed that there was a recall on my truck and was asked if they could preform the necessary maintenance needed to correct the issue. With my approval they made the corrections, and had me on my way within a reasonable time. Thank you for excellent service.

It was spur of the moment, we decided Wednesday night we wanted to trade, and by Thursday at 2 all the paperwork was ready to go. Josh the sales manager and Pyper the finance manager answered all of my questions, and even had someone show me all the features of my new car. I love it. The staff is very nice and friendly but, the labor is ridiculous they want $500. Dollars for about 30 minutes work . So I will get my oil change and tires rotated because we bought that with the car. Other wise I will not be returning for anything else. The dealer is making a profit for himself.

Moses service tech diagnosed the actual problem - why the brakes wore out at 25k miles. Was able to get sensor replaced and brake pads. ( other dealership told me it was natural wear on pad). Of course that’s not right. Service Advisors - Karissa and Joshua were the best I’ve seen at any dealership. They are efficient, communication is great and they are spot on/ honest. Thank you! I will be a Moses Service customer as long as I have my Chevy Truck. Moses has a great team in place.

The process of buying the carwas fine. Iwas happy with the final price but felt too many unnecessary ad ons were being pushed. I felt the financing process to be unpleasant and i never felt my best intrest were not being met. After purchasing the car, i drove a very dirty and messy "new" car home that i then had to clean inside and out. The plastic was left on the doors, floors, and stickers on the windows. Also, the "dealer installed" options i paid for, i had to install myself. I had to cut holes and drill my all weather mats which ee loose and uninstalled. I have already refinanced my purchase witch took off $11/m and an entire year off the loan. I was given the wrong key fob to take home. Instead of the dealership coming to get it, i was told to drive it all the way back myself immediately. It wasnt an experience ill ever have again.

Was okay except for the extra charges that was added and should of been 79.99 with a coupon, the prices for the oil and tire rotation keeps going up every time I go to mosses chevrolet to start was below 39.99 now they say it's over 100.00. I have past records of this going up each time and charged more, I feel like going somewhere else would be a better option next time

Was a good experience. Its hard to get around the struggle of dealers wanting more than I am going to pay. They start high and fight you every dollar. I didnt have that problem this time. Was a struggle, they knew what I'd pay, and we met in an area we could both live with. Ive traded every 2 years since 1994 until this gray one i traded in, and this was the best experience Ive had. Ive did better deals but this was the least painful.

The staff are very nice and helpful. This was the 3rd time I’ve had my new car there because of squeaky breaks. I hate the fact that GM uses cheap parts now to build these vehicles and this is the results. They done a squeal kit that we had to pay for and it stopped the squeal for about a week and now the squeal is back!!!!!! It’s sad you pay 50K for a car with squeaking breaks

Our service writers name was Karissa. She is the most determined, knowledgeable, professional and personable person we have ever delt with. She went to our defense with our extended warranty company not once but twice to assure our satisfaction. She came through for us when we were ready to just stop dealing with them. She stayed on hold for An unacceptable time every-time she delt with them. However, she never complained. Her focus was our satisfaction. Karissa would be an asset to any company she worked for or any field she would decide to investigate. Thank you so much Karissa!!

Karissa was very helpful as usual. Gave me information about the battery that was needed as well as information about tires for future reference.

I came in for an oil change and rotate. I got a text with pictures but it wouldnt open. The service person came out and she asked if I saw the pictures I said no. She showed me the air filter and cabin air filter and said Moses could replave for 140 dollars. I said no. She then said there was an issue with two axle bearings leaking and that she would get a price. When I checked out she took me over to the pay center and gave me a 140 dollar bill. Which i stated I did not authorize. She said she thought I was declining the wheel bearings which I hadnt even been quoted. I unhappily paid and as a further explaination she offered she had only been working there a month. Air filters are easiIy one of the diy items I handle because I do not like paying extortion level pricing for 10 min of work.

Went beyond my expectations

I was shocked by the extreme price increase of an oil change in the last six months. Also, I think that TVs in the lounge area should be tuned in to non-political channels. The viewing of Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and the like should be done in the privacy of one’s own home and not in a public place.

Not really happy with service

Very disappointed to be told after routine maintenance that I needed to have my deferential plug and upper oil pan replaced at an estimated cost of $2400. I asked how these problems could have developed since last service 6000 miles ago and was told these are common problems with the Colorado as they age and gain milage. My Colorado is a 2019 model with 78,000 miles. I was also told problem is also common in several other Chevrolet vehicles. I will not make the mistake of buying another one. I was supposed to have a courtesy multi-point inspection during service. When I left the dealership I scrolled through commuter and found tires were 5-6 lbs low. This was doubly puzzling since I had the tires rotated.

I would buy another truck from Moses Chevrolet just because of the service department!!! Staff is AMAZING!

I had never been there before, am a usual customer at the Downtown GMC/Cadillac location. After having to cancel there due to snowstorm, I was able to get an appt. at Moses Chevy quickly. I was very impressed with the atmosphere, attitude and attention my vehicle and I received. I spent over six hours there, with several repairs underway, and Josh kept me updated the whole time on progress. I am really thinking I may switch to them from now on for my Camaro! Always have my Trail Boss serviced at Moses Chevrolet. Their top notch service department and the schedulers actually go above and beyond. Thought I had transmission slipping issues, normally it’s $200 diagnostic fee, they waved half of that fee. Definitely recommend Moses Chevrolet!
