Loved this place. They are the best.

It was spur of the moment, we decided Wednesday night we wanted to trade, and by Thursday at 2 all the paperwork was ready to go. Josh the sales manager and Pyper the finance manager answered all of my questions, and even had someone show me all the features of my new car. I love it. I went to the dealership for an oil change. I arrived before my appointment and Moses promptly inspected the vehicle and took it for service. Talked with a friendly customer and with customer service representatives while I waited. Overall, a great experience.

Really no complaints. Actually just what one would expect for a service appointment. Polite, prompt and thorough.

Was a good experience. Its hard to get around the struggle of dealers wanting more than I am going to pay. They start high and fight you every dollar. I didnt have that problem this time. Was a struggle, they knew what I'd pay, and we met in an area we could both live with. Ive traded every 2 years since 1994 until this gray one i traded in, and this was the best experience Ive had. Ive did better deals but this was the least painful.

The staff is very nice and friendly but, the labor is ridiculous they want $500. Dollars for about 30 minutes work . So I will get my oil change and tires rotated because we bought that with the car. Other wise I will not be returning for anything else. The dealer is making a profit for himself.

Karissa was very helpful as usual. Gave me information about the battery that was needed as well as information about tires for future reference.

I came in for an oil change and rotate. I got a text with pictures but it wouldnt open. The service person came out and she asked if I saw the pictures I said no. She showed me the air filter and cabin air filter and said Moses could replave for 140 dollars. I said no. She then said there was an issue with two axle bearings leaking and that she would get a price. When I checked out she took me over to the pay center and gave me a 140 dollar bill. Which i stated I did not authorize. She said she thought I was declining the wheel bearings which I hadnt even been quoted. I unhappily paid and as a further explaination she offered she had only been working there a month. Air filters are easiIy one of the diy items I handle because I do not like paying extortion level pricing for 10 min of work.

I don’t usually buy locally because of bad service!! Absolutely everyone there was wonderful! In fact I told my best friend how well I was treated and went up and bought a truck also!

Very disappointed to be told after routine maintenance that I needed to have my deferential plug and upper oil pan replaced at an estimated cost of $2400. I asked how these problems could have developed since last service 6000 miles ago and was told these are common problems with the Colorado as they age and gain milage. My Colorado is a 2019 model with 78,000 miles. I was also told problem is also common in several other Chevrolet vehicles. I will not make the mistake of buying another one. I was supposed to have a courtesy multi-point inspection during service. When I left the dealership I scrolled through commuter and found tires were 5-6 lbs low. This was doubly puzzling since I had the tires rotated.

Moses service tech diagnosed the actual problem - why the brakes wore out at 25k miles. Was able to get sensor replaced and brake pads. ( other dealership told me it was natural wear on pad). Of course that’s not right. Service Advisors - Karissa and Joshua were the best I’ve seen at any dealership. They are efficient, communication is great and they are spot on/ honest. Thank you! I will be a Moses Service customer as long as I have my Chevy Truck. Moses has a great team in place.

The process of buying the carwas fine. Iwas happy with the final price but felt too many unnecessary ad ons were being pushed. I felt the financing process to be unpleasant and i never felt my best intrest were not being met. After purchasing the car, i drove a very dirty and messy "new" car home that i then had to clean inside and out. The plastic was left on the doors, floors, and stickers on the windows. Also, the "dealer installed" options i paid for, i had to install myself. I had to cut holes and drill my all weather mats which ee loose and uninstalled. I have already refinanced my purchase witch took off $11/m and an entire year off the loan. I was given the wrong key fob to take home. Instead of the dealership coming to get it, i was told to drive it all the way back myself immediately. It wasnt an experience ill ever have again.

Always have my Trail Boss serviced at Moses Chevrolet. Their top notch service department and the schedulers actually go above and beyond. Thought I had transmission slipping issues, normally it’s $200 diagnostic fee, they waved half of that fee. Definitely recommend Moses Chevrolet!

I was shocked by the extreme price increase of an oil change in the last six months. Also, I think that TVs in the lounge area should be tuned in to non-political channels. The viewing of Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and the like should be done in the privacy of one’s own home and not in a public place.

Upon arrival at 7:50am to my 8:00am appointment for inspection and general service for my 1997 Camaro, I received a friendly and welcoming greeting, my service request was discussed and confirmed, and I was informed that my car service should be completed in approximately an hour. I proceeded to a clean and comfortable waiting room where I received timely updates and videos on my cellphone regarding the inspection and service to the Camaro. At 9:00am I was met by my assigned staff member who personally summarized the information I had been receiving, asked if I had any questions, and returned the keys to my car. I believe that this was as efficient and pleasant an experience that anyone could ever hope for when fulfilling the "chore" of bringing a vehicle in to a dealership for servicing. Moses dealerships are the best and I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

I hate the fact that GM uses cheap parts now to build these vehicles and this is the results. They done a squeal kit that we had to pay for and it stopped the squeal for about a week and now the squeal is back!!!!!! It’s sad you pay 50K for a car with squeaking breaks

Nothing was fixed and now I have to do it all over again. Huge waste of time

My appt was at 8am for oil change, tire sensor replacement and tire rotation. A lug stud got stripped out and took hours to find and be replaced. When I inspected my truck I found some of the lug nut caps were severely damaged. This is terrible service!! There was NO damage when I arrived and they tried to get me to leave with multiple lug nuts damaged, denying any wrong doing by the mechanic. Only after viewing pictures of my truck before and after service the service manager agreed that it was their issue and had them replaced. I was there over 4 hours. You’ve lost a loyal customer, I won’t be back.

Was okay except for the extra charges that was added and should of been 79.99 with a coupon, the prices for the oil and tire rotation keeps going up every time I go to mosses chevrolet to start was below 39.99 now they say it's over 100.00. I have past records of this going up each time and charged more, I feel like going somewhere else would be a better option next time

I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated in approximately 30 minutes. That's outstanding service. The service manager David Cummings does an outstanding job running a great service center. My actual service experience was good but my issues lie with the financial end of the service. When I scheduled my service on line it showed a charge of $89.95 and when settling up, the cost was $98.00 plus the cost for 2 extra quarts of oil. I had expected the charge for the extra oil. I was basically told the the labor costs had increased and that was the charge that I will have to pay. I am considering this as false advertising and therefore had to change stars to 3 instead of 5. I was even told that if I had a gm coupon, they may not honor it. The next question is will I be back? The answer is, I don't know. Since I have been lied to and can't trust this dealers printed prices or take my coupon, my return for service will depend if I can get an exact quote by phone before making a decision.

I had never been there before, am a usual customer at the Downtown GMC/Cadillac location. After having to cancel there due to snowstorm, I was able to get an appt. at Moses Chevy quickly. I was very impressed with the atmosphere, attitude and attention my vehicle and I received. I spent over six hours there, with several repairs underway, and Josh kept me updated the whole time on progress. I am really thinking I may switch to them from now on for my Camaro! They did try to put the change back but my coasters were in the back floorboard. Not that big of a deal, but a heads up would have been nice…

Well what i thought was under warranty was not ended up paying $1200 to correct it being struts on my truck with only 54k mls. When I bought the truck from the salesman @ Moses he had know idea that the truck had aftermarket suspension on it and I was under the impression that it had factory suspension under it so I bought the truck I really do believe the salesman needs more training on vehicles coming in the lot for resale

I had my 2021 Blazer RS in the shop at Moses June 2025, due to the carpets being full of water. Was told the sunroof drains were clogged. $200 & they were cleaned out. Now May 2026, carpets full again. I had not had the first clog for 4 years of buying the vehicle. I felt it would surely be clog free after the 2025 repair, at least a couple more years. When I let the Manager at Moses know my disappointment in needing this repair so soon again, they did the drain cleaning this year free of charge.

Everything went well

They said that they rotated my tires but I don't think they were rotate it because the air pressure that shows on my vehicle was the same. They said that the sensor need to be reset to bring it back down. I took it back down. They reset it and the tire pressure is still the same as it was as before and I know they didn't check the tires pressure because they would have had them all the same PSIs and they're not the same PSIs in each tire

When I first took my Enclave in to St.Albans Moses with trouble, they found a faulty thermal gas flap was not closing correctly, which was causing my car to go into ‘reduce engine power’ on my dash. They replaced it a few weeks ago. Then I had to take it back within a week for the same dashboard display. Digging deeper, they discovered a faulty fuse component needed to be replaced. I have only driven it to my doctor’s appointment yesterday and I had no problems as of yet. Looking good. My 2014 Enclave is in great condition, inside and out. Thank you, St. Albans Moses Chevrolet service people! I have driven my Enclave for almost 13 yrs now (bought my 2014 Enclave in October of 2013).
